We are alive at a poignant time of collective awakening and evolutionary change. Many wisdom traditions across the world including the Hopi, Mayan, Tibetan, and Yogic lineages prophesied this Great Turning of the ages as a collective movement from darkness to increasing Light. The shift to the Aquarian Age calls each of us to elevate ourselves beyond the old paradigm of survival, separation, scarcity and fear and to claim our birthright of health, happiness, inner authority and prosperity. We need to utilize the appropriate tools that will be effective in upgrading our human operating system.
The desire to transmute and transcend beyond the limitations of our conditioning requires a commitment to the process of nurturing, growing and expanding our Self-awareness and compassionately challenging our limiting beliefs, habits and stories that reinforce victimhood and powerlessness to change.

Most of our daily thoughts, behaviors and habits are arising from the subconscious mind and the traumatic programming that formed with our childhood experiences. A perfect place to begin or deepen your practice. Learn the foundational principles for proper alignment in various yoga postures and basic breath practices to cultivate mindfulness and nurture a connection to your inner awareness.
Vinyasa:
Take it up a notch. This style of yoga links movement and breath to attain balance in the mind and body. Vinyasa means “to place in a certain way” and relates to the alignment of a deliberate sequence of poses that activate a continuous flow and develop the steadiness necessary for your to adapt to the changing nature of life.
Kundalini:
Have a specific health concern or personal interest in exploring Kundalini Yoga, also known as “The Yoga of Awareness?” The four dynamic components of a Kundalini practice include postures (asana), breath practices (pranayama), mudra (hand seals) and mantra (sounds chanted) to enliven energy in your body, stabilize the emotions, balance the mind and uplift the spirit. Kundalini is a yogic technology that clears the chakras (energy centers) and aligns all Ten Bodies! The experience goes directly to your heart creating lasting transformation.
Restorative/Yin/Yoga Nidra:
Unwind and relax. Low and slow; less is more in these meditative practices. Entirely composed of poses that are done close to the floor and supported with a variety of props such as a bolster, blocks, blanket and strap.
Yoga Nidra is most commonly understood as “yogic sleep.” I will guide you through a systematic relaxation process that will invite you to move through various states of consciousness with effortless awareness.
Sound Healing:
Music and sound have been proven to have a profound effect in reducing stress, anxiety and depression and to balance the mind and body. Experience crystal bowls attuned to the chakras and the healing vibrations of the Gong carve a sonic pathway to a renewed sense of harmony and peace.
